Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
Holy smokes. Braxton Amos works out with a landmine now!!!!!!
Re: Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
LOL stirred not shaken
Re: Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
Excellent! Wish more wrestlers and coaches would see the benefits!
Re: Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
Hugger, Richard Simmons would never approve of that
Re: Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
Nothing spells champion like a team circuit training with a landmine, shake weights and a thigh master. You add a little hopscotch for calves, agility and cardio and all over except for engraving the trophies.

All in fun...no disrespect intended toward the Bear. I think the landmine is a good exercise but most teams have a full weight room already. This device is just a poor mans weight room in my opinion. I got a good workout I want ya'll to try. All you need is two shackles,50 foot of rope and an 80# dog (a pig will work if he's fast.)

These videos are garbage and zero kids should try and integrate them until their wrestling routine.

Re: Back By Popular Demand!!!!!!!!!
It has been an interesting and fun week.
1. I see Braxton Amos is coming back strong. The young man is bouncing back from shoulder surgery quickly based on the workout videos I saw. Most interesting is his usage of landmine presses in the University of Wisconsin's weight room.
2. I saw a video today showing off WVU's new weight room for the wrestlers. It had two landmine set ups. I guess we will see a workout video soon with Peyton Hall using a landmine.
Fun times back in 2017 when this topic was started. Even more fun now!
A great season to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
