Sick Nasty Freestyle Club is a regional training center designed to bring the best wrestlers in the Northern Shenandoah Valley area together to train for freestyle competition in the spring. We already have commitments from 5 college coaches to run clinics and we will be training hard on non-clinic days to prepare for freestyle competition. This is an all-ages program and it is designed for those who have wrestling experience and are willing to work hard in the off-season to reach their goals. Last year's team had 9 individuals that placed at HS states as well as more than a dozen ES/MS state place winners and youth all-americans.

Training begins March 16th.
