WV Freestyle Results

Lots of wrestlers stayed home. There were plenty of prom nights the evening before also.

I was told that 8th grader Braxton Amos teched 3 high school wrestlers.

Who were the three high school wrestlers he teched?

If thats true about Braxton. Outstanding and congrats to this young man I am sure he will fit right into place at South.

No one cam close to Braxton Amos he was a stud and is a great kid..

Braxton is a tough one for sure. He will have two great workout partners with Allman and Delong but what if he has to wrestle those older guys for a varsity spot on the team? Those wrestle offs could get interesting.! I would imagine both Delong and Allman will move to 195 and 220. ?

145ish Alex Hart, Harvey, Warden & Gibson
182 Adam Daniels, Lawson, Jacob Hart

Two of the 145's are going to have to do some cutting (138 & 132) while one will have to do some growing (152). One would assume that the 4xer gets to pick his weight.

With Adams at 195, a great freshman hwt coming in, and an unnamed transfer coming in at 220 it looks like two of the 182's are going to have to do some serious cutting (170 and 160 that's 22 pounds).

Amos just won 195/Cadet at the Central Regional Tournament this weekend in Kalamazoo MI. Lots of tough kids up there, he represented very well. Impressive!!!
