Quirky behavior

Has anybody else noted quirky behavior with the website the past few days? I'm clicking links and getting "page cannot be reached" or some such, then click refresh and it comes up. Also having trouble getting some pages to refresh and often must do Ctrl-F5 to get a refresh. I thought it was my browser, but I have noticed it on different browsers and different machines. As usual, I've had no luck contacting my host ipower.com.

Anybody else noted such?

Yes, especially on my iPad and Iphones. Seems to do it less on the desktop (Win7). I had typed out a long reply to a post and then when I tried to submit it, it refused to connect. When I refreshed it, it connected but my reply was gone. I will copy it before I hit submit from now on.

I did contact my webhost, and, they did reply that there was a problem and they reset the ip address. It seems to be working better today (so far)...
