Re: AA/A Region 3 Preview
For the first time since the latest regional realignment, the Coalfield Conference Invitational will also provide a preview of AA/A region 3. Once the smoke clears Saturday night, pull out Greenbrier East and Princeton, you will have your predictive AA/A region 3 state tournament qualifiers. Who wi...

Mr Gator, I am also a firm believer in the rankings system and other than not having the last name (Hart/Warden/Snuffer/Adams/Bolen), gator is my favorite name in high school wrestling. “BUT” I’m with popajoe, and JW 100% on this one in believing these rankings are (for the most part) obserd. This is getting absolutely ridiculous, and there are a lot of grown adults (im guessing) on here that should be ashamed of themselves. This topic has now become a witch hunt and led to personal attacks on referees, and now the staff and team at Winfield. Enough is enough people. Yes, the refs messe...

Re: What would I do?
I continue to wonder how, during the match, the opposing coach didn't also help to correct the score. How can you knowingly put your athlete in a position where you know the score is wrong and not say something? Who would be ok winning like that? I just don't get it. This is the same coaching staff...

FYI. ---. I'm NOT the Head Coach of any program. You have no idea about coaching I can see that. To think a team like South or Indy can win titles without a good coach is not an intelligent quote. It takes hard work to get kids talented enough to win more than they lose. Give credit where credit is...

Hiring the wrong person for the job is bad also. Varsity kids from schools A, B, C, D, and E winning a trophy and "JV" kid from school F that beats all those is someone getting a trophy that shouldn't have.

I have only been around this great sport for 11 years. In my opinion I see more athletes going to camps and clinics to learn and improve. I in no way could be an official. Officiating mistakes will even out when called fairly which is done most of the time. There are occasions that I've saw that are...

I agree with everybody on here. Malematmaid is the most rude person ever on here. He hardly ever has anything nice to say about anybody, even his x team mates. He must be mad because he is a senior and was still on the b team, and then he even quit that. He definitely needs to be banned from mat.co...

With only one point separating PHS and University, and both schools having wrestlers in the 3 remaining weight classes, this could shape up to be a nice story heading into state tournament #2. Oh yes, a race for 2nd place. How amazing of a story  This comment is ridiculous. A race for the sec...

Along with putting the regions back the way they were what about also moving some of the bigger AA schools up?
