Doesn't the by laws state that you must wrestle within the Region in which you reside? Is your address in the Region 6 or Region 1?

It is what it is at this point. I believe a date and location has been set to wrestle the 3 weight classes postponed. Good luck to all of the remaining competitors.

Frank as the Region 1 kids were in the past. Let's not act as if this is the first year a Region is loaded the only difference is it's now just a different region.

It's just my opinion that if a wrestler is in 7th grade he/she should wrestle middle school division.

If they are in 7th grade they should wrestle middle school period. Honestly grade shouldn't even matter do 11-12 and 13-15 like most open tournaments. Who cares what grade they are in. Actually I agree with bringing in the 5th place from another region. I don't know if they should try and select the wrestler or use a random draw.

Who is avoiding each other? Are you referring to to Bozek/Carman for the 5th time? I can't tell you why they didn't wrestle but I can tell you they probably don't care what you think about them not wrestling.

I would say that there have been years that regions have been this lopsided. The old region 1 couldn't win 38 of 41 state team tournaments if they weren't. I feel that if the regions would not have been realigned this discussion would not be this deep.

Again this has been going on for years and no one made this much of a deal about it.
